The president - who is confronting indictment in the national Congress - indicated that he was one of the instigators of a plot to topple her.
She said a sound message discharged on Monday by Mr Temer, who she didn't name, was proof of the scheme.
The message by Mr Temer required a legislature of national solidarity.
